As an experienced Yoga teacher I draw on over 15 years of qualified training from the basic foundation teachings of Sivananda Hatha yoga, the strength and integrity of Advanced Ana Forrest as well as the subtleness and awareness of energetic flow of the powerful Kundalini Yoga.
